How do I create an insurance company and an insurance rental agreement?
Add an Insurance Company
Click the gear icon at the top-right of the page to open Admin Settings.
Select Insurance Companies from the menu.
Click Add Insurance Company.
Enter the required information: company name, email, and address (*required fields are marked with an asterisk).
Click Save.
The insurance company will now appear in the list under Insurance Companies.
Create an Insurance Rental Agreement
You can either convert an existing agreement to an insurance agreement or create a new one. The steps below explain how to create one from scratch:
Click Agreements from the sidebar. If the sidebar is closed, click the RENTALL icon at the top-left to open it.
Click New Agreement at the top-right of the page.
Complete the Rental Information section.
Under Agreement Type, select Insurance from the dropdown.
Fill out the remaining rental information and click Save & Continue.
Complete the Vehicle Information section and click Save & Continue again.
In the Driver Insurance section, select the Insurance Company from the dropdown.
If the company hasn’t been added yet, click Add Insurance Company in this section and fill out the required details.
Complete the remaining Insurance Information fields.
Once everything is complete, scroll to the top of the page and click Check-Out.
Your insurance rental agreement is now complete.
