This article walks through the process of converting a vehicle reservation into a rental agreement on the checkout date. This automatically transfers reservation details, saving time while still allowing for edits.
From the main dashboard, click on Reservations.
If your sidebar is hidden, click on the RENTALL icon at the top-left to reveal the sidebar.
Reservations can be filtered by various fields, including Reservation Number, Start Date, End Date, Vehicle Type, etc.
Once you have found the reservation to be converted into an agreement, click on its reservation number in the leftmost column.
The reservation is displayed. You can make edits to the reservation on this screen. When you are ready to convert the reservation into an agreement, click Continue To Agreement.
A Confirmation message is displayed. Click Ok to continue.
The agreement can be reviewed and edited. It will be created after clicking the Check-Out button. Clicking Cancel will cancel the agreement creation.
