Sometimes old browser cache and cookie files can cause problems when loading the RENTALL platform. Clearing these files is often the quickest way to resolve the issue.

Important: RENTALL supports only the latest version of Google Chrome. Using other browsers may cause technical issues, reduced functionality, or complete inaccessibility.

For the best experience, please use Google Chrome and follow the steps below if you’re having trouble loading the RENTALL website.

Step 1: Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome

Outdated or corrupted browser data is the most common cause of loading issues. Clearing your cache and cookies usually fixes the problem immediately.

To clear cache and cookies:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. In the left menu, click Privacy and security.

  5. Select Clear browsing data.

  6. In the pop-up window:

    • Set Time range to All time.

    • Check both Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Click Clear data.

  8. Close and reopen Chrome, then try accessing RENTALL again.

If you continue to experience problems accessing RENTALL on your device, please try these additional troubleshooting steps:

Step 2: Restart Your Device

Restarting your computer can fix temporary glitches and free up system resources that may be affecting browser performance.

Step 3: Disable Browser Extensions

Some extensions can interfere with RENTALL. To test this:

  1. Click the three-dot menu > Extensions > Manage Extensions.

  2. Toggle off all active extensions.

  3. Refresh the RENTALL page or open it in an Incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N) to see if it loads correctly.

Step 4: Check for Browser Updates

Using the latest version of Chrome ensures you have the newest fixes and features.

  1. Click the three-dot menu.

  2. Go to Help > About Google Chrome.

  3. Chrome will automatically check for updates and install them.

  4. Relaunch the browser if prompted.
