✅ Methods to Reset a RENTALL User Password
Option 1 – Admin Panel (For Admin Users):
Steps:
Go to Admin Settings
Navigate to Application Configuration > Users
Locate the user, click the three dots (…) next to their name
Select Change Password
Option 2 – User-Initiated from Top-Right Menu:
Click the user’s name (top-right corner of the screen)
Select “Forgot Password”
Follow the email instructions sent to the associated account
Option 3 – From the Login Page:
On the RENTALL login screen, click “Forgot Password”
Enter the email address associated with the account
Follow the reset instructions sent via email
Option 4 – If All Else Fails:
If none of the above work or the user does not receive the reset email:
