Methods to Reset a RENTALL User Password

Option 1 – Admin Panel (For Admin Users):
Steps:

  1. Go to Admin Settings

  2. Navigate to Application Configuration > Users

  3. Locate the user, click the three dots (…) next to their name

  4. Select Change Password


Option 2 – User-Initiated from Top-Right Menu:

  1. Click the user’s name (top-right corner of the screen)

  2. Select “Forgot Password”

  3. Follow the email instructions sent to the associated account


Option 3 – From the Login Page:

  1. On the RENTALL login screen, click “Forgot Password”

  2. Enter the email address associated with the account

  3. Follow the reset instructions sent via email


Option 4 – If All Else Fails:
If none of the above work or the user does not receive the reset email:

  • Contact [email protected] for assistance

  • Make sure to confirm the email address linked to the user's RENTALL account before proceeding
