RENTALL allows reserving a Vehicle Type without reserving a specific vehicle. The Daily Planner includes an Unassigned section to keep track of all reservations made using the Vehicle Type. This article walks through the process of checking reservations using the Planner.

  1. Click the Planner button in our sidebar. Note that if the sidebar is closed you can click on the RENTALL icon at the top-left to open the sidebar.

  2. Below is an example of what your Daily Planner might look like. It is color coded for your convenience.

  3. The green bar illustrates that John Smith has reserved a Compact vehicle for 7 days.

  4. The leftmost column indicates that this is a Compact vehicle that has yet to be assigned.

Below is an example of what is displayed when a specific vehicle is reserved instead of a vehicle type.

  5. The date heading displays the reservation timeline. In this example, John Smith has reserved a Compact vehicle from Wednesday, November 13th until Wednesday, November 20th.

  6. Green blocks represent the reservation. Clicking on the block will drill down and provide more information.

  7. After clicking on the reservation block we can see the Reservation No, the reservation From and To dates and times, and the Customer Name.

  8. The buttons at the bottom of this screen provide quick access to some of the most common tasks. We’ll step through each one.

  9. The Print Reservation button prints the reservation confirmation.

  10. The View Reservation button opens the reservations page, allowing you to review and make changes to the reservation.

  11. The Cancel Reservation button will cancel the reservation.

  12. Finally, the Continue to Agreement button will convert the reservation to an agreement.
