My RENTALL Invoices are not exporting to QuickBooks. What can I do?

Your renter's profile in QuickBooks should entirely match RENTALL customer's profile for this same renter. Any simple discrepancy like different digit in first-name, last-name, or phone number will result in invoices failing to export. Please check your QuickBooks account and make sure there are no extra spaces, brackets, or dashes in customer's name/phone number which is not present in RENTALL. Following these steps will allow the invoices to export normally after ensuring the information in QuickBooks and RENTALL are identical.
