How do I add miscellaneous charges/extras to the online reservation plugin?

Go to Admin.

Then click on Miscellaneous Charges underneath Rates Configuration

By the time of creating the miscellaneous charge itself, Checking on a reservation module checkbox will move that charge onto the Reservation Module.

Click Save button.
