Why aren’t all of my vehicle types showing up in my reservation module?

In order to get your vehicle type to show up in the reservation module, you have to follow the below steps.

  1. Step 1 – Edit the Vehicle Types and make sure the Show Online check box is ticked.



  2. Step 2 – In the rental rates section, make sure the vehicle type is associated with the rate name called base. If your vehicle type has a different name associated and if you aren’t willing to configure in the explained way, contact you account manager.

  3. Step 3 – Make sure you have added vehicles for the specific vehicle types.
