In order to request a reservation payment from a customer, a payment gateway should have been integrated with your account and the Request Payment option must be enabled (which is done by RENTALL support team on request) as it is an add-on feature please contact [email protected].
RENTALL currently supports the following payment gateways:

Once a payment gateway is integrated and the request payment option is enabled, the reservations created will have a new button called “Request Payment” on the reservation summary page as shown below.
Once you click this button, you will be asked to enter the amount that you are going to request from the customer, the customer’s email address, and the due date.
Once you enter these details and click on the save button, an email will be sent to the customer with a link to pay the amount online via a Credit Card. And by going to that link the customer can make the payment by entering the credit card information (As shown in the screenshots below).
